Rice Cake Lunch,Dinner or Snack

So ever since the Daniel Fast I have been trying to eat healthier. A friend shared this recipe with me and it's yummy. Sometimes I have this for lunch or dinner or just a snack.



2 Rice Cakes
Hummus on bottom
Then Shredded Chicken
Cherry Tomatoes chopped in half
With Avocado on top( I normally don't put this on but wanted to try it)

Not many calories and you feel good about eating it.

This looks so good! I LOVE hummus and Avocado! I switch out almost all condiments for avocado. mmm!!
