CANDY WRAPPER LUNCH BOX

Ducky and her friend have been doing a handicraft while DMan is at Lego Class. Ducky did an amazing craft.

Materials needed:
Lunch Box
Saved Candy Wrappers
Glue
Water
Paint Brush to spread glue

Take your glue mixture and paint glue onto the candy wrappers. Then put candy wrappers onto your lunch box. Cover the whole lunch box with the candy wrappers. The finished product is so cute. You can also use cans and cover them with candy wrappers for gifts. I love this concept and its thrifty.

Ducky and Her friend with part of there lunch done. The smiles says it all!!!!

QUINOA AND VEGGIES MASON JAR MEALS FOR CAMPING OR ON THE GO HEALTHY MEAL

Our first camping I decided to make mason jars meals. They are easy to store and I felt so good for the weekend eating healthy food that is good for my body:)

Ingredients needed:
Quinoa-Cooked( 1 to 2 serving)
1/2 of a red onion
A whole Red Pepper
A can of Corn
A can of Black Beans
Olive Oil ( as much as you desire)
Vinegar ( as much as you desire)
1/4 cup of Lime
Salt and Pepper( as desired)
Avocado ( on a camping trip just bring one uncut and cut it when needed).

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and then put into your mason jars for a easy lunch for camping or just when you need a healthy meal on the go.

THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BREAD

I have been experimenting with new recipes. I love this homemade gluten free bread from Unrefined Kitchen. I love that this recipe because it can be made without a bread maker. Just a loaf pan, your ingredients and an stove.

Ingredients needed:
3/4 cup of coconut flour ( You could use all purpose gluten free flour too).
1/2 cup of grounded flax seed.
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of arrowroot powder ( which is a thickener)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 cup of applesauce
1/4 cup of coconut oil ( melted)
6 eggs
2 tablespoons of honey

Once you buy the flour you can make probably three loafs with the bag of flour.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl( separate from dry ingredients)
Grease pan and then pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes

If you are gluten free you will love this moist bread. I brought it to church one night and it was all gone.

And its kid approved!!!!
