I will have to look for this book Emily loves butterflies. So exciting that you had butterflies lay eggs in your backyard!! I used to do caterpillars with my 4th graders and they were so excited to see them turn into butterflies.
How neat it is that you saw a real monarch butterfly laying eggs. Perhaps you will see caterpillars too soon. We read this book as well and liked it a lot.
