This is absolutely one of my very favorite books from my childhood. I hunted down a copy for our library. The story is a little longer than some other picture books, but the kids love it.
I had forgotten this book, thanks for reminding me :) The picture came out great!
Very cute art - I've never heard of this book before since I wasn't raised in US.
I love the dots you used to paint in the picture with. The story is new to me, but I like that style, will have to look it up.
I never heard of this book before, I will have to check it out! The picture looks amazing :0)Thank you for linking to stART!
Very cute project. And it goes great with the book.
I'm stopping by from Friday Follow, I am now an official Friday Fool, oops, I mean Friday Follow Night Owl.I love the picture! My daughter is studying (I use the term loosely, it's pre-school) Australia and informed me that the aborigines often use dots in their art. Well!Nice to meet you, Amy, I hope you'll follow me back-Kellyhttp://KellysLuckyYou.blogspot.com

My SIL gave me this book awhile back and Haley loves this book. It's a very cute book, a little long but worth it.
