H and D working hard on this project at our Valentines Day
party with our homeschool group.


South Korea

Bulgogi(Korean beef roast)
Recipe
2 pounds of beef- we used turkey
mix together togther for marinade sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce,2teaspoons sugar,
1/2 teaspoon salt,3teaspoons chopped garlic,
3 teaspoons of sesame oil,1 teaspoon black pepper.
pour marinade over beef, stir,let sit for 1 hour.
Add: 1 cup sliced onion and 1 cup green onion
Cook veggies and meat, and viola!!!!
Our came a little different than this recipe but it was
very good.

Taxonomy- separating plants into different groups
We used this project so show what Taxonomy is:
As you see here we lined up, one of every shoe and
we separated them into different phyla(more than one phylum).
This was a great project to show how plants are classified.

stampin up. Then take ink and
sponge and blot the trees to make
them green and then trace the stem with brown marker.
