Peppermint Shake

I know you probably have extra candy canes laying around from Christmas. We made a very easy shake with Frozen Yogurt,Almond Milk and a Candy cane. Blend it together for a Delicious peppermint shake.

None of the ingredients you've used, sweetie, is my favorite!
I loved smoothies. And most of the time, I opt for frozen fruit ones.
But it doesn't mean other people don't like your recipe!
I applaud you for being creative!

Mmm... probably not what this pregnant gal needed to see. I do have a hidden stash of peppermint candy canes in the pantry. :)
